13. Not really. I used to when I was younger but not anymore these days.

I have very thick hair

I shaved my legs once when I was 13 and I still don’t think all the hair has grown back yet.

When I run and ride my bike enough my calves get HUGE and I love it They are currently on their way back to being awesome
